How to Sign up to play
There is no online sign up for weekly play.
Starting with our September 9, 2011, play date, tee times will begin at 8:06. This year we will be setting the sign-up and cancellation deadline for Wednesday at 12:00 Noon. If you wish to sign up, please do so before noon on Wednesday, as there will be a limited number of tee times available (based on our numbers from last year) and after Wednesday, Papago GC Head Pro Jesus Martinez will be releasing the unused times. Noon on Wednesday will also be your deadline to cancel if you are signed up and cannot play.
Susan Browning, Secretary, will handle sign up, cancellations and pairings. You can e-mail Susan at papagowga@cox.net or call her at (603) 315-2976 (Yes, it is 603 not 602). On Wednesdays Susan will coordinate with the course staff, and with Wendy Stone, will handle the pairings, and then will send pairings by email on Wednesday afternoon or evening.
Cancellations must be received by the Golf Shop no later than NOON on the Thursday before the day of play. If you do not cancel by this time and do not show on the day of play, you will be assessed a "No Show" fee of $15.00 the next time you play.
